PURPOSE:To enable the easy mounting of a pipe perforated with multiple holes on a support base, by fixing the supports fixed to said pipe to the support base, welding the pipe to a ramose head while the test jacket is held fixed to the supports and flanges, and subjecting the pipe to a pressure resistance test. CONSTITUTION:Supports 6 are fixed by welding to a pipe 3 perforated with multiple holes, and part of a test jacket 4 is mounted between a flange 9 and one side of the supports 6, the other is fixed by welding to the other side of the supports 6. After the supports 6 are mounted and fixed to a support base 7, the pipe 3 is fixed by welding to a ramose head 2. If there is no abnormality in a weld zone 10 in a pressure resistance test, the cut line E of the jacket 4 is cut away. Since the pipe is fixed to the ramose head after fixing to the support base, there is no need for centering adjustment. |
