PURPOSE:To facilitate the selection of working conditions by corresponding a working condition with a finish characteristic while assembling a memory for retrieving a work information which stores said correspondence in a numeric controller for an electric discharge machine. CONSTITUTION:A data of correspondence between a working condition and a finish characteristic and a retrieval program are read previously by means of a reader 10 in a numeric controller 1 and stored in a memory 9 for retrieving a working information. When working, the required finish characteristic and the basic working condition are inputted from a keyboard 6, and C.P.U.2 will function to display the required working condition on CRT5. C.P.U.2 will control an electric discharge device 8 through an interface 7 on the basis of said working condition and the control program stored in a working machine control memory 3. |
