PURPOSE:To raise the liquid pouring speed and enhance the producibility by sheltering the lower open surface of a framing with one of a pair of shelters, pouring the electrolytic liquid from the upper open surface of the framing, and thereupon enclosing the group of electrodes with the two shelters. CONSTITUTION:The side faces of a group of electrode plates 1 with a separator interposed between pos. elect. plate and neg. elect. plate are surrounded by a frame 2 made of thermoplastic resin, and side plate of this framing 2 is cut so as to form an adhesive pot part 4 having polar posts 5 on both sides. The lower open surface of the framing 2 is sheltered with one of a pair of shelters 3, 3' consisting of a film of thermoplastic resin for sheltering the upper and lower surfaces of the framing 2, and the polar posts 5 at the adhesive pot 4 are heat welded with the other shelter 3'. Electrolytic solution is poured from the upper open surface, and the group of electrode plates 1 of the framing 2 are enclosed with the two shelters. This allows quick dispersion of the electrolytic solution into the group of electrode plates 1 and substitution of the air inside the group of electrode plates with electrolytic solution, to lead to enhancement of the producibility. |
