发明名称 METHOD FOR FORMING AND RECOVERING SUPERFINE PARTICLE OF DESIRED COMPONENT FORM MINERAL MATTER MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To form and recover the superfine particles of a desired component from a mineral matter material by forming a high-temp. field to a pressurizing furnace having a cooling structure, supplying the mineral matter material in the form of powder thereto, evaporating the desired component of the mineral matter material and expanding and cooling the discharge gas. CONSTITUTION:Fuel is supplied from a tank 04 to the pressurizing furnace 01 having the cooling structure and oxygen or oxygen enriched air is supplied from a tank 02 thereto, respectively. The fuel and air are caused to make pressurized combustion to form the high-temp. high-pressure combustion field. The powdery mineral matter material in a hopper 05 is supplied from a feeder 06 into this field and the combustion temp. is controlled to the evaporation temp. of the desired component in the mineral matter material or above to evaporate the desired component. The combustion gas contg. this vapor is expanded and cooled from the pressurizing furnace 01 to the outside of the system or after the gas is expanded and cooled, the gas is cooled by the cooling gas from a fan 07 and is thereby cooled down to the evaporation of the desired component or below, by which the vapor of the desired component is cooled to solidify. As a result, the superfine particles of the desired component are formed and recovered from the mineral matter material.
