PURPOSE:To increase the using efficiency of the circuit control unit by giving a periodical monitor to the storage circuit at the control part of the test unit and then carrying out the operation test in case the circuit is idle. CONSTITUTION:Switch circuits SGL1, SGR1, SGLn-1 and SGRm-1 are provided to circuit LL1, LR1, LLm-1 and LRm-1 respectively. And in case circuit LL1 and LR1 are idle, circuit SGL1 and SGR1 are changed over to cut off the connection between circuits LL1/LR1 and circuit control unit CCU. Then test unit TU is connected to unit CCU instead to carry out the test. When the test is over, the original state is reset. This test is given periodically. |
