PURPOSE:To form a pattern and a texture simultaneously in a molding by forming a releasing layer, a colored pattern layer and an adhesive layer at the side of a transfer layer of a base sheet, and inserting a transfer sheet formed with a thermographic pattern layer at the opposite surface of said base sheet into a die for injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet is formed of two parts, a transfer layer 6 and a base sheet 2. The transfer layer 6 is composed of a releasing layer 3, a colored pattern layer 4 and an adhesive layer 5 from the side of the base sheet 2. A thermographic pattern layer 1 having the thickness 5mum or more is formed at the surface opposite to the transfer layer 6 of the base sheet 2. The transfer sheet is placed on the inner surface of a plastic injection mold 8. A plastic 7 is injection-molded to laminate the transfer sheet. Then, the base sheet 2 is removed together with the thermographic pattern layer 1. Accordingly, the base sheet 2 is sufficiently softened by the heat of the melted plastic, so that the injection pressure is uniformly added to the whole surface of the transfer sheet whether the surface is rough or smooth, thus achieving sufficient deformation and improving reproducibility of the texture. |
