PURPOSE:To completely integrate a ceramics sleeve used on an inner side and a metallic sleeve used on an outer side and to prevent the generation of defective products by forming the above sleeves into the composite constitution in which both the sleeves are shrinkage-fitted and fixing both by a stator. CONSTITUTION:A groove 4 for fixing by a set-screw 3 is provided on the inner ceramics sleeve 1. The metallic sleeve 2 on the outer side is tapped for screwing of the set-screw 3 in conformity with he position of the groove 4 of the ceramics sleeve 1. Both the sleeves are thereafter combined and integrated by shrinkage fitting while care is exercised for the positions of the groove 4 and the set-screw 3. Finally, the inner ceramics sleeve 1 and the outer metallic sleeve 2 are completely fixed by the set-screw 3. The sleeve which is usable for a long period of time is obtd. in this way. |
