<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate to specify an abnormality generating place by forming a structure of discriminating the quality of the work state on each block according to the output signal of a detecting means and displaying the presence of abnormality by each block according to this discrimination result. CONSTITUTION:The work process of a production line is sectioned in plural blocks with the respective operation in series of actuators 3, 4, 5, 7 being made as one block respectively, a series of operations are detected in order by detection means 8, 9, etc., on each block, the quality of the operating state is respectively discriminated in a discriminating means 11 on each block according to the detection signal and the abnormality generating state is displayed on each block on a display part 12. So that, for the control part 13 for abnormality detection the memory capacity of storing the discrimination data in the number corresponding to the number of the discriminating means 11 provided on each block is enough, the structure of the control part 13 is simplified and the discrimination of the abnormality generation place is enabled based on the code displayed on the display part 12 as well.</p> |
