<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat-resistant and coloring prevention effect of a vinyl chloride resin composition, by making use of a laminate obtained by laminating a layer comprised of a vinyl chloride resin composition to which an epoxy compound, organic phosphite, a monoalkyltin mercapto compound are added as a stabilizer and a polyurethane layer. CONSTITUTION:0.5-5pts.wt. epoxy compound is preferable as an additive quantity based on 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin. 0.05-1pts.wt. organic phosphite is preferable as an additive quantity based on 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin. Then 0.3-3pts.wt. monoalkyltin mercapt compound is preferable as an additive quantity based on 100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin. A method where both layers are laminated together without interposing an adhesive agent between them, and polyurethane synthetic leather is thermally welded to a molding comprised of an injection-molded vinyl chloride resin composition such as the sole of a shoe as a lamination method between a polyurethane layer and the vinyl chloride resin composition.</p> |
