<p>PURPOSE:To reduce consumption of spray water by providing a plurality of nozzles for washing a unit to both the inflow side of a charging part unit and the outflow side of a dust collecting unit. CONSTITUTION:Dust and soot collected to both the charging electrode plate 5 of a charging part unit 2 and the dust collecting electrode plate 6 of a dust collecting part unit 5 are washed down by spray water which is periodically injected from the respective nozzles 4 for washing at the same time. Both the upper part (c) of the charging electrode plate 5 and the upper part (d) of the dust collecting electrode plate 6 are allowed to directly collide against spray water injected from the nozzles 4 for washing and washed only by direct washing. The respective parts are sufficiently washed by flowing water generated when spray water is allowed to collide against both the charging electrode plate 5 upper than a part (a) and the dust collecting electrode plate 6 upper than a part (b) and thereafter falls down.</p> |
