<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a surface condition which is resembled very much to the real thing, by a method wherein a decorative sheet made of vinyl chloride resin is stuck to the surface of a metallic sheet, to which a solventless polyurethane elastomer resin layer is applied, a shaped film made of transparent silicon resin to which an uneven pattern is performed is press-bonded immediately, heated and the shaped film is peeled off after cure. CONSTITUTION:A decorative sheet 3 made of vinyl chloride resin to which a pattern 4 is provided is stuck to the surface of a metallic sheet 1 through an adhesive agent 2. Then a solventless urethane elastomer layer 5 is dropped, upon which a shaped film 6 to which embossing pattern has been performed beforehand is put, the shaped film 6 is squeezed by a rubber roll and a urethane elastomer layer 5 is made into a layer of a uniform thickness. After the whole is heated and the urethane elastomer layer 5 is cured, the shaped film 6 is removed through peeling and a decorative metallic sheet having an uneven pattern on the surface is manufactured. Since a matter obtained by blocking the surface of a material substance by making use of silicon resin is used for the shaped film 6, an external appearance of a product also becomes like a genuine thing.</p> |
