Device comprises can rotating turntable, detector for fastener position, alignment securing equipment, movable supporting plate and its lifting equipment, cover pressing tool, and band opening equipment. Opening of can cover is done by keeping open the drum can alignment securing equipment and running the turntable loaded with the drum can in slow speed until the fastener position detector is activated. Lifting equipment lowers the supporting plate and the pressing plate presses the cover downward. In doin this, the cover does not leap when opened even when the can is pressurised due to generated gas from contained material. Magnetic stone grasps cover. Band opening device for releasing and fastening securing band installed on the front end of the supporting plate loosens bolts by impact force.
