<p>A gripper projectile for weaving machines is partitioned in lengthwise direction according to a stepped partition line (24) having at least one, but preferably several steps. A gripper spring device is inserted into the projectile and comprises two individual, mirror-image shaped, facing gripper springs (20, 22) secured by blocks in the projectile which penetrate into recesses of the springs. The projectile is assembled by laser or electron beam welding, or by cementing.</p> |
