PURPOSE:To achieve a higher spotting accuracy with respect to an opening by making a solution spotting section rise above other parts of a running path to simplify a spotting operation. CONSTITUTION:A long-sized sheet 1 is mounted at a specified position of a casing 2 and is moved by a specified distance so that an opening 20 for passage of a solution to be measured is positioned at a solution spotting section to spot a solution to be inspected. Here, as the solution spotting section is made to rise above other parts of a running path, a spotting operation is simplified while a higher spotting accuracy is achieved with respect to the opening 20. Then, with further movement of the sheet 1 by a specified distance, a diffusion limiting film is put tight on a density measuring electrode 22 to perform a measurement of a density. Thereafter, a series of operations are repeated to allow the measurement of a density at a frequency equal to the number of the diffusion limit film provided on the sheet 1. Furthermore, when all diffusion limit films are used to perform a density measurement, the sheet 1 can be taken out of the casing 2 and discarded. A new sheet is mounted and density measurements can be performed several times again thereby enabling reduction in the frequency of withdrawing diffusion limit films and discarding operation. |
