<p>PURPOSE:To simplify operator's candidate character selecting operation and to fix a visual point by dividing a character frame of an on-line hand-written character into plural parts by touching the frame into plural parts when the 1st candidate of the character is an error, displaying plural candidate characters and displaying a correct candidate by touching it with a pen. CONSTITUTION:When a character is hand-written in the character frame 1 through an on-line, stroke detection and character recognition are executed to find out a candidate character and a 1st candidate is displayed on the character frame 1. When the 1st candidate displayed in the frame 1 is incorrect, the frame 1 is divided by touching it with the pen to display plural candidate characters and then any one of the divided character frames 2 is touched with the pen to display the character in the selected frame in the original character frame 1. Consequently, operator's candidate character selecting operation can be simplified and the visual point can be fixed.</p> |
