PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of a control program and control information and to simplify the control by dividing the action for resupplying a paper which is temporarily stacked to a carrying path into plural and making it as a state and performing the transition of the state based on a prescribed transition condition. CONSTITUTION:A paper carrying controller is incorporated in a CHM subsystem 33, and provided with a detection part 51 having a sensor for detecting the paper at the time of repeatedly carrying at a prescribed position, a state job executing part 52 for executing the state for dividing the action for carrying paper into plural and a control part 53 for controlling the state job executing part 52 so as to select the state in response to a command from a sequence manager (SQMGR) 32 for monitoring the information from the detection part 51 and the action of the whole recording device and also so as to be systematically connected. And by outputting a control signal corresponding to the state, the paper is housed in a duplex tray and from which the carrying of the paper for feeding again is controlled. Thus, the quantity of the control program and the control information can be reduced and the control can be simplified. |
