PURPOSE:To surely stop only an object on a prescribed position by decelerating the object when the object reaches a deceleration starting point, when the object is arranged in the front of the prescribed position, outputting a stop command so that the object can be detected even after stopping it by using an image processor and displacement gauges. CONSTITUTION:The 1st partial windows WS1, W1 for recognizing the object 20a, the 2nd partial windows WS1, W1 and the 3rd partial windows W1, W2 are arranged in parallel with the moving direction of the object. In addition, displacement gauges 27a to 27c are arranged in parallel with the moving direction of the object 20a in the vicinity of the 2nd and 3rd windows and a signal for decelerating the moving speed of the object 20a is outputted by detecting the existence of the object 20a by the 1st windows WS1, W1. Then, a stop signal is outputted by detecting the existence of the object 20a by the 2nd windows WS1, W1, whether the object 20a stops on a prescribed position or not is detected by the 3rd windows W1, W2, and whether the detected object 20a is a required object or not is checked by comparing outputs from the displacement gauges 27. Thus, the moving body 20 is accurately stopped at a prescribed position. |
