PURPOSE:To shorten the average restoring time of an information processing device, by appointing the necessity/unnecessity of the loading of a microprogram into a preset control storage circuit whenever a logical circuit is woke up and performing the loading only when the loading is required. CONSTITUTION:At the time of system-up from a condition where the power supply is cut off, a start-up control circuit 9 loads the address data and microinstruction data of a microprogram into a control storage circuit 1 from an external storage device 10 after storing them in a conrol storage address register 3 and control storage writing register 5 in cooperation with a memory 6, shift control circuit 8, and shift data memory address register 7. Then initializing data are shifted from the external storage device 10 to an arithmetic control 2. When the system-up is made while the power supply is made, the initializing data are set in only registers which require the initialization contained in the arithmetic control circuit 2 from the external storage device 10. Therefore, the time required for restoration at the time of system down can be shortened. |
