<p>PURPOSE:To lower the power source capacity and reduce weight by utilizing a free time of key input data and switching an oscillation frequency. CONSTITUTION:Various peripheral equipments 5-10 connected to a control circuit 3 are operated by a control of the control circuit 3. The control circuit 3 is almost operated by inputting data from a key, and since its data is operated by a man, the input time is very slow. Also, in many cases, some other work is executed after inputting the data, and the input is executed again, and in this case, an interval is generated for inputting the data. When this interval is generated, an oscillation frequency is lowered by a switching circuit 5, by which a voltage consumption is suppressed. In such a way, by lowering the oscillation frequency to 1/2, the power consumption can be lowered to <= about 1/3, comparing with the conventional power consumption.</p> |
