PURPOSE:To simply and surely mount a coil frame on the neck part and head part of a core without using adhesives by providing the coil frame to be mounted on the neck part and head part of the core with steps fitting on the step on the core side end surface while the peripheral part is provided with the ear part and the upper part is provided with a guide. CONSTITUTION:While utilizing the steps 1a on the side end surface of a core 1, the neck part 1b and the head part 1c of the core part 1 are covered by a coil frame 5 made of a flexible material and having the steps 5a fitting on said step 1a, and also having the ear part 5b and plural guides 5c. The steps 5a of the coil frame 5 fit on the step 1a of the core 1 and the ear part 5b of the coil frame 5 is mounted while pushing the core 1. A radius of curvature R of the coil frame 5 is made slightly smaller than the curvature (r) of the core 1 so as to make surer the condition of mounting the coil frame 5 on the core 1. Further provision of guides 5c prevents slippage of the winding position of the coil, thus causing no variety of the quality of produced articles. In addition, the production cost can be reduced because no adhesive is used for mounting the coil frame 5 on the core 1. |
