<p>"BRANCHED POLYCARBONATES CONTAINING DOUBLE-RING AROMATIC COMPOUNDS" In the present invention disclosed are highmolecular-weight, soluble, thermoplastic branched polycarbonates endowed with improved properties, and suitable to blow-moulding fabrication.. Such polycarbonates are characterized by the presence, in their structure, of units deriving from the following double-ring aromatic compounds: wherein R1 indicates H, -COCl, -SO2Cl; R2, R3 and R4, equal to or different from each other, indicate -COCl or SO2Cl. The above-said compounds are directly used in the syntheses.</p> |
