PURPOSE:To input continuously an order data after interrupting the input of one order data on the way of the inputting then inputting the other data by providing a handy terminal with a control means, a data holding instructing means and a holding release instructing means. CONSTITUTION:The handy terminal has the control means 11, the data holding instructing means 152 for instructing data holding, the holding release instructing means 153 for instructing holding release, and a memory 13 for storing inputted data. When data holding is instructed during the input of data, the control means 11 sends the stored data to a controller to input other data, and at the time of instructing holding release, additionally stores the newly inputted data in the memory 13 continuously to the stored data. Thereby data input can be temporarily interrupted even on the way of the input and other data can be inputted and transmitted, and after ending the transmission of other data, data input can be restarted continuously to the inputted data. |
