<p>PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance and to shorten the time for film formation by using >=2 kinds of resin particles which are different in Izod impact strength at the time of repeatedly applying impact force to a mixture composed of the core material and the resin particles to coat the surface of the core material with the resin particles. CONSTITUTION:The impact force is repeatedly applied by a dry process to the mixture formed by mixing the core material and >=2 kinds of the resin particles which are different in Izod impact strength, i.e. the mixture formed by sticking of the resin particles which are different in Izod impact strength on the core material. Namely, the resin particles sticking to the core material receive the impact force and are thereby fixed onto the core material. The resin particles having the small Izod impact strength collide against the resin particles having the large Izod impact strength while receiving the impact force. The denser resin layers are thus formed. The coating layers which are resistant to peeling and have the high film strength in spite of the execution of large-volume processing are formed. The carrier for developing electrostatic images which can shorten the time for film formation, has the excellent wear resistance and is hardly deteriorated in image quality is obtd. in this way.</p> |
