<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to mount a special cassette of a respective size on a supply paper tray having a paper carry up means by inversing the paper carrying-up plate of the supply paper tray. CONSTITUTION:A lever 119 for carrying up a paper carry up plate 121 is installed at a lower part of a tray at a shaft 116 pivotally stopped rotatably at a bearing 118 provided at a partition wall 115 and a bearing 117 provided at the bottom of the tray. The tray is provided with mounting blocks 161-168 for enabling special cassettes to be positioned set at the partition walls 114, 115 on both sides of the tray, and each block has cassette engagement grooves 162A-168A for special protrusions of the cassettes of different sizes to be engaged, so the cassette for each size can be mounted on the tray. The mounting blocks 161, 165 are used commonly for every size of cassette, and they do not have engagement grooves. For mounting the cassette, the carry up plate 121 is inversed by 180 deg. to apply the carry up lever directly to a paper carry up plate, unillustrated, at the bottom of the mounted special cassette.</p> |
