PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled steel sheet having superior surface properties and workability by subjecting a ferritic stainless steel slab contg. a specified amount of Al to hot rolling, coiling at a specified temp., cold rolling and finish annealing under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:A ferritic stainless steel plate contg. 0.08-0.5% Al is hot rolled with a rough rolling mill and a plurality of continuous finish rolling mills. It is coiled at <=700 deg.C, cold rolled without carrying out annealing, and subjected to finish annealing at 850-1,000 deg.C for <=60sec. The finish annealing is carried out at a higher temp. for a longer time in accordance with reduction in the coiling temp. |
