PURPOSE:To reduce the unevenness of a coating surface and to perform uniform coating all over by adding a dispersant reducing the viscosity of an ink component at the time of coating to the ink component. CONSTITUTION:An ink layer 13 is formed by dispersing a filler 15 in an ink component 14 mixed with a colorant and a low m.p. wax material and further adding a predetermined amount of a dispersant to said ink component. The colorant, fatty acid amide wax, paraffin wax and the filler 15 are mixed in a ratio of 1:1.5:1:2 on a wt. basis. As the dispersant, one composed of a silicone resin powder is used. This dispersant has function for reducing the viscosity of the ink component 14 at the time of coating and, as the addition amount of the dispersant increases, the viscosity of the ink component 14 becomes low. The ink layer 13 thus constituted is formed by sufficiently dispersing the mixed ink layer component by an org. solvent and applying the resulting dispersion by a coating device such as a bar coater to dry the same. When the addition of the dispersant is 1% or less, viscosity reducing effect is not obtained and transfer uniformity is inferior and, when the addition amount is 20% or more, the lowering of transfer density and the release transfer of the filler are generated. |
