PURPOSE:To use the photosensitive body for a low-speed machine to a middle- or high-speed machine without such a trouble that is caused by the insufficient sensitivity by providing an electric charge movement increasing means which increases the mobility of Halls in the photosensitive body or electronic Halls before development by means of a developing device after picture exposure is made. CONSTITUTION:An electric charge movement increasing means 21 is a laser exposure device 21 which performs whole-surface exposure on the surface of a photosensitive drum 1 which is a photosensitive body with weak light. An electrostatic latent image is formed by a laser light beam 5 from the laser light oscillator 4 of a picture exposure device 3 and the whole area of the latent image is exposed by using another laser light oscillator 22 which can oscillates a laser light beams having the same wavelength as that the laser light oscillator 4 has. However, a laser light beam 23 which is weaker than the laser light 5 is used for the exposure of the latent image. In addition, the mobility of Halls in the photosensitive body 1 or electronic Halls is increased before the development is performed by means of a developing device 9. Therefore, a low- sensitivity photosensitive body for a low-speed machine can be used for a middle- or high-speed machine. |
