PURPOSE:To eliminate trouble in producing an application mount and to reduce a cost by displaying a trimming frame line indicating the trimming area of an original picture, based on a desired layout, on the original picture and positioning and mounting the original picture according to the reference line of the original picture mounting part of a picture duplicating device. CONSTITUTION:When the corresponding original picture is placed according to an original picture outer frame line 23 displayed at a practical size on a flat display device 21, an area enclosed with frame lines corresponds with the trimming area based on a designed layout. Trimming frame lines 24 to 27 are traced, and drawn to position and place the original picture in the main-or sub-scanning direction of a color scanner, whereby the original picture 28 can be mounted at a required angle, and the position of the frame lines indicates an area to be duplicated. The original picture 28 is fixed at a position to cover a part of the reference line 22 or trimming frame line 24 with a transparent adhesive tape 29, and these lines are plotted on the tape; therefore the lines 22 and 24 can be displayed by preventing the soil of the original picture. |
