<p>PURPOSE:To form a printing image according to the purpose of use by a method wherein the control of an image memory and a line memory at the time of printing is conducted by a memory control CPU, and a means for inputting information from the exterior is provided on the memory control CPU. CONSTITUTION:A system control circuit 10 controls a mechanism part 11 to start a printing action and transmits printing start information to a memory control CPU 9. With the reception of the printing start information, the memory control CPU 9 connects an image memory control signal change-over circuit 4 and a line memory control signal change-over circuit 7 respectively to a contact point (b) and inputs the control signal output of the memory control CPU 9 to an image memory 2 and a line memory 5. The system control circuit 10 progresses the action of the mechanism part 11 and outputs progress status data to the memory control CPU 9. The memory control CPU 9 reads image data required for a printing for one line from the image memory 2 in synchronism with the reception of the progress status data of the mechanism part 11 from the system control circuit 10 and transfers this data to the line memory, and therein the data is stored.</p> |
