PURPOSE:To aim at the promotion of lightweightiness for a laminated lead-spring and a stress drop or the like by making an elastic body being installed interposingly in an interval or the like between a vehicle frame and a laminated leaf-spring cooperate with the laminated leaf-spring early and positively at time of load of the spring, and thereby securing a spring constant necessary for a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle suspension system makes a laminated leaf-spring 2, whose both ends 21, 22 are attached to a vehicle frame 1, of its main body, while it is made up of having an elastic body with proper form and size or the like additionally installed in a central top face or the like in the longitudinal direction. In this case, when a spring constant to be required for a vehicle is set to K1, a spring constant K2 of the laminated leaf-spring 2 is set to be a smaller value than the former. The elastic body 3 is compressed in more front than a car loading point of the vehicle, while the spring constant in an aggregate of the elastic body 3 and the laminated leaf-spring 2 in this car loading point of the vehicle is accorded with the spring constant K1 in the car loading point of the vehicle. With this constitution, the promotion of lightweightiness for the laminated leaf-spring 2 and a stress drop or the like are achieved. |
