A moisture-permeable waterproof fabric is manufactrued by (a) coating one surface of fabric with resin soln. (I), coagulating, cleaning and drying it, and (b) coating the coated surface with resin soln. (II), drying and heating it. The soln. (I) contains 10-40 wt.% polyurethane polymer, 1-4 wt.% silicagel 0.1-3 wt.% anionic surfactant, 0.1-3 wt.% nonionic surfactant, 0.5-5 wt.% polyisocyanate, 40-160 wt.% polaorganic solvent and 10-40 wt.% ceramic. The soln. (II) contains 8-30 wt.% polyurethane polymer, 0.5-5 wt.% polyisocyanate, 20-70 wt.% polaorganic solvent and 8-40 wt.% ceramic.
