<p>PURPOSE:To exactly detect a coordinate position at all times by providing a pressure sensitive conductive layer to cover parallel electrode groups, which are mutually orthogonal, and a face electrode layer to cover this pressure sensitive conductive layer in a flexible insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A flexible insulating layers 1, for which the parallel electrode groups to be mutually directed in an orthogonal direction are provided in respective front surface side and back surface side, is sandwiched by a pressure sensitive conductive layers 2. Then, a face electrode layer 3 and a flexible insulating housing 4 are successively laminated in each pressure sensitive conductive layer 2. Here, the formation of the respective parallel electrode groups to the flexible insulating layer 1 can be executed by forming a copper layer on the both surfaces wholly by vapor deposition, etc., and after that, linearly removing one part of the copper layer by etching or the like in the mutually orthogonal direction. At such a time, the part of the copper layer remaining on the respective surfaces of the flexible insulating layer 1 functions as first and second parallel electrode groups 5 and 6. Thus, the relative displacement of the parallel electrode groups is blocked without fail and the coordinates of a pen point pressure operating point can be exactly detected at all times.</p> |
