PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of non-filled part by press-inserting under pressure a low boiling point compound being gaseous state under ordinary temperature and ordinary pressure as a foaming agent to polyisocyanate component A and a polyol component B mixed with a liquid foaming agent under ordinary temperature and ordinary pressure, and heating them while they are being mixed, and then discharging them in a foam state. CONSTITUTION:A liquid foaming agent is blended into a polyol component B under ordinary temperature and ordinary pressure. Component A being a polyisocyanate component and component B being polyol component containing a liquid foaming agent are accommodated within a vessel, and a foaming agent is press-inserted into a piping systems A and/or B which are adapted to forward each component to the nozzle of a foaming machine, and then mixed to the A and/or B component system uniformly, and besides the liquid is discharged into a mold at the foaming density of 0.1g/cm<3> or below in adjusting the supplying rate of the liquid foaming agent and low boiling foam agent while both piping systems are being heated by 50 deg.C or higher. After discharging it, a secondary foaming therefor is conducted further at a foaming magnification of about two, and the foaming cure thereof is completed then. |
