PURPOSE:To mold a blow molding integrally by heating the integral blow molding at the temperature higher than the melting point of a low melting point alloy constituting a core material, and lower than the heat resisting temperature of a molding resin material, and melting the core material being packed within the integral blow molding. CONSTITUTION:A core material 24 is heated, by a high frequency conductive heating device, into the temperature higher than the melting point of a low melting alloy constituting the core 24, and the heat resisting temperature of cured SMC constituting a rear spoiler 10, namely, the temperature lower than the temperature which may not injure the configuration of the rear spoiler, and may not deteriorate the SMC constituting the rear spoiler 10, and thus, only core material 24 is melted while the rear spoiler 10 is being kept intact in the configuration, and then the melted low melting point alloy is flowed outside from alloy flowing ports 38 provided on the rear spoiler 10. An integral blow structure rear spoiler 10 can be obtained as the result. |
