PURPOSE:To easily execute a test at a high speed without using a pulse generator by counting the output of a clock counter to be inputted from a correspondent logical sum circuit by the address input of a multiplexer in a counter. CONSTITUTION:In the case of the test, since an input from a fan input terminal is not given, a pulse to be outputted from a clock counter 5 is passed through respective OR circuits 2 and supplied to a multiplexer 3. The multiplexer 3 selects and outputs one input among the plural inputs, which are inputted from the OR circuits 2, according to an address outputted from a microprocessor. The outputted pulse is counted in a revolving speed counter 4 and a count value is read by the microprocessor through a data bus. Thus, the test can be easily executed at the high speed without using the pulse generator. |
