<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and accurately diagnose the performance of the title plant by automatically changing reference efficiency to be a reference for deciding the performance for a repaired device. CONSTITUTION:A performance reduction detecting and diagnosing means 6 is started by a command from a diagnosis starting means 4 and calculates the diagnosing time reference efficiency corresponding to a generator output at that time according to linear interpolation based on the stored contents of a reference efficiency storing part 8. Further, an actual efficiency deviation is calculated based on the difference between the actual efficiency of each diagnosis object device stored in a device efficiency storing part 7 and the calculated diagnosing time reference efficiency. Further, based on the stored contents of the reference efficiency storing part 8, a diagnosing time reference deviation corresponding to the generator output at that time is calculated according to the linear interpolation. Further, a reference efficiency changing means 13 updates the reference efficiency stored in the reference efficiency storing part 8 for the repaired device based on the actual efficiency stored in the device efficiency storing part 7 according to the set condition of a flag stored in the reference efficiency storing part 8. Thus, the performance of the plant can be efficiently and accurately diagnosed.</p> |
