PURPOSE: To provide a partition wall having a heat glass which is effective and formed of simple air-circulation system while maintaining a low price by providing a layer of low radiation capacity on at least one surface of a heat glass wall. CONSTITUTION: A wall dynamic device comprises a heat glass wall 14 and a layer 12 to limit the emissivity of heat radiation between the heat glass and a low temperature glass 13 arranged opposite to the heat glass. A mass-produced, i.e., inexpensive layer can be used, and only one layer is used, and a partition is functioned using the voltage of a local cable by an adapted regulating device. |
