<p>The roller shutter comprises slats hinging together. Each slat comprises a large number of rectangular strips close together and forming a window, one or more of which is transparent. Eyes can be formed along the strip sides, fitting between those on adjacent ones, while bars or tubes are passed through them when aligned. The strips can be of polycarbonate, while each e window can be polarised and enclosed by a strip of unpolarised material.</p> |
