A rubberized aspalt coating compsn. is prepd. by admixing 5-20 wt. pts. the mixt. which contains 100 wt.pts styrene butadiene synthetic rubber latex having 65-75% solid component and 5-20 wt. pts. O/W type polybutene emulsion having 55-70 % solid component., and 0.5-5 wt.% metallic salts of fatty acid; heating at 30-80≦̸C and alkali treating; then admixing 50-200 wt. pts. aspalt to be melt at 80-170≦̸C with the obtd. compsn., and emulsion dispersing the mixture.
