PURPOSE:To readily and inexpensively produce a terrine dish to be served as food in airplane such as passenger airplane by boiling, steaming a terrine dough material or baking in a casserole into a cup shape with an outer form of a circular or elliptic shape. CONSTITUTION:For example, a fluid terrine dough material T prepared by properly cooking meat, fish, vegetable, etc., is put in a ring-shaped dented channel mold 2 of forming tool made of a heat-resistant synthetic resin and having circular surface and proper width and depth, boiled, steamed or baked in a casserole, cooled, the material is inverted and taken out from the mold to give the aimed terrine dough. |
