<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the surface color from being deteriorated after the formation of breakage on the surface, aging of coated film, and even a part is shaved off and improve strength, resilience, and striking noise by immersing a shaved article into an oil base dyestuff solution after the decompression for a certain time and pressurizing said article and then carrying out the natural drying and then heating said article by high frequency. CONSTITUTION:A shaved article 1 which is formed by shaving a hard wooden material into a gold club head for is put into a decompression/pressurizing chamber 2, and the inside pressure is reduced by a pressure reducing pump P1, and this state is kept for a certain time. Then, the oil base dyestuff 4 in a dyestuff tank 3 is introduced into a decompression/ pressurizing chamber 2, and the shaved article 1 is immersed into the oil base dyestuff liquid 4. In this state, the inside of the decompression/pressurizing chamber 2 is pressurized by a pressurizing pump P2, and this state is kept for a prescribed time. The shaved article 1 which is impregnated with the dyestuff liquid 4 is taken out from the decompression/ pressurizing chamber 2, and after the natural drying, the inside heating by high frequency is carried out to perfectly dry the inside. The oil base dyestuff liquid 4 is formed by carrying out urethane bond forming modification of the dry oil and mixing the oil solution which is obtained by adjusting the above-described dry oil to a prescribed concentration, with the oil dyestuff to a prescribed color tone.</p> |
