PURPOSE:To eliminate deterioration of a recording film due to the outside air and to improve reliability by adhering a pair of substrates to a spacer in a manner that the recording films face to each other, and filling the space between the substrates with resin. CONSTITUTION:The disk substrates 1 are adhered to the inner peripheral and outer peripheral spacers 3, 4 in a manner that a pair of recording films 2 face to each other. The space formed by the substrates 1 and the spacers 3, 4 is filled with the resin 5 to prevent influences from outside such as oxidation, adsorption of water vapor, etc., on the recording film. By this method, deterioration of the recording film is eliminated and the reliability of the DRAW type optical disk can be enhanced. |
