PURPOSE:To provide the subject net not causing the lowering of the shrinking power thereof in a thermal treatment process and used for shrinking and molding a processed meat such as ham or sausage by arranging non-elastic yarns in the warp direction and arranging specific covered elastic yarns in the weft direction in a helical state to knit the yarns in a cylindrical state. CONSTITUTION:Non-elastic yarns are arranged in the warp direction with a warp-knitting machine and covered elastic yarns comprising polyurethane elastic yarn cores and non-elastic yarn sheaths are arranged in the weft direction in a helical state, thereby knitting the yarns into a cylindrical state to provide the objective net. |
