PURPOSE:To start to transfer parts without confusing their corrected positions in a parts feeder by adopting a two-stage control of high and low speeds when the operation is restarted after an overflow state is released. CONSTITUTION:Now, when a light detecting element 28 does not receive light over a fixed time, an overflow signal is generated from a control circuit 29, and an oval vibration parts feeder 1 is stopped to stop the parts supply to a vibration parts feeder 6. When an overflow state of the vibration feeder 6 is released, the control circuit 29 generates a releasing signal by a signal of the light detecting element 28, and a low current is sent to a horizontally and vertically driven electromagnetic coil to start to vibrate a bowl 2 from a stopped state at a small amplitude, and transfer parts without confusing the corrected position of the parts. Then, after a fixed time, a higher current is sent to transfer at a high speed and a large amplitude. This construction permits to transfer parts smoothly when the transfer is restarted. |
