PURPOSE:To make it possible to rapidly and surely transfer yarn from a waist roller onto an empty bobbin irrespective of the fineness of the yarn when the yarn once transferred to the waist roller is wound round the empty bobbin staying at a normal winding position while transferring said yarn onto said bobbin. CONSTITUTION:When a guide 13 having trapped yarn Y with the rotation of a swing arm 11 turns across the rotary shaft core of a winding tube 2, yarn supply source side yarn Y1 slides along the inclined plane 3a of a winding tube holder 3, and pressed into a space formed against the end part of the winding tube 2. A waist roller 5 side yarn Y2 is stretched to the full since the waist roller 5 turns clockwise while the winding tube 2 turns anticlockwise. On the other hand, yarn supply source side yarn Y1 is caught by the cutout part 3b of the tube holder 3, and wound up following the rotation of the winding tube 2. |
