<p>PURPOSE:To easily check the clogging of magnetic heads by checking the signal which is lower in reproduction output level than a reference signal. CONSTITUTION:The signals corresponding to the outputs of the magnetic heads 5, 6 are obtd. by the circuits of the switch contacts b of glands 12, 13, head amplifiers 14, 15, a head selecting switch 16, a reproducing system video circuit 17, and an output terminal 18 at an ordinary reproduction. The traveling of the tape 1 is stopped and the magnetic heads 5, 6 are maintained in the rotating state, then a recording signal on-off switch 9 is subjected to on-off control at every one field in accordance with the output (head selecting pulse) of an FF 26 at the time of checking the clogging. The contacts H1 of the switch 27 are turned on and the recording signal on-off switch 9 is turned on and off at every one field in the case of checking the clogging of the 1st magnetic head 5.</p> |
