摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make display with high brightness and high fineness by forming a gate bus of a high-conductivity metallic layer and connecting this gate bus to a terminal for gate bus via a high-melting metallic layer. CONSTITUTION:The high-melting metallic layer 19B is deposited and formed atop a transparent electrode layer 19A forming a source bus 19 and the high- conductivity metallic layer 19C is deposited and formed atop this high-melting metallic layer 19B. The gate bus 18 is formed of the high-conductivity metallic layer 19C and this gate bus 18 is connected via the high-melting metallic layer 18B to the terminal part 18A for the gate bus. Since an oxide film is not formed at the joint surfaces between the transparent electrode layer 19A and the high- conductivity metallic layer 19C, the source bus 19 is stably maintained in a low resistance state by the high-conducivity metallic layer 19C. The high brightness is attained and the highly fine display is obtd. in this way without lowering the opening rate of display electrodes 15.</p>
