In the case of a prefabricated ribbed floor comprising floor girders and floor filler blocks, the structural cavities produced within the floor thickness by the floor filler blocks 5 serve as heat-insulated, air-channelling floor ducts 3a, 3b. The floor is designed, in whole or in part, as a warm-air floor heating system. On the underside of the floor, heat-insulating parts 1 bound an air-channelling cavity of a ribbed area in each case and/or are designed as dedicated parts for the formation of one-way or multi-way air-channelling floor ducts 3a, 3b. Furthermore, the heat-insulating parts 1, on the underside of the floor, are designed such that they can be fitted in or clamped in or adhesively bonded or, with floor filler blocks which are closed on the underside of the floor, the cavities of said blocks, in accordance with the shape of their web walls, are covered for heat insulation or are foam-filled or are lined with profiled heat-insulating parts which are pushed in. For the purpose of forming a closed warm-air system, the heat- insulating parts 1 are connected to one another in the side joints by foam-filling or adhesive bonding. A composite screed or a floating screed with heat-permeable footstep-sound insulation 8 is arranged on the top side of the floor. Cross-connecting horizontal feed and return ducts, which are likewise provided on the underside of the floor, form, together with vertical shafts, a closed circuit with a heat source. <IMAGE> |
