PURPOSE: To improve the cost and reliability fixing a second stage being an optical pipe continuing concentration to a finally desired viewing angle continually after the composite paraboloidal shape of a luminous flux extractor by matching a supporting frame so as to remarkably simplify the production of a lamp. CONSTITUTION: An LED chip 3 is housed inside a luminous flux extractor cup 5 generated within a lead frame 7 and an optical pipe 21 consists of the conical wall surface 23 of a second stage 27. The bottom opening a the pipe 21 is made a little larger than the top part of a luminous extractor cup 5 to minimize a fault to light outgoing from the cup 5, which is caused by misalignment at the time of assembling. The generation of a problem concerning uniformity of the luminous flux outgoing from an LED illuminating lamp 1 is avoided as far as this size is a little larger, it is desirable to maintain the value as small as possible. By connecting lugs 31 and 33 to holes 35 and 37 to surely line up the pipe 21 and the cup 5 along an optical axis 25, the frame 7 is fixed to the second stage 27. |
