PURPOSE:To inhibit surge voltage positively by controlling first and second subswitching elements corresponding to first and second main switching elements and discharging a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A switching circuit supplies a load circuit 9 with alternating currents from a DC power. Consequently, main switching elements 1-2 composed of alternately ON-controlled first and second transistors, etc., first and second capacitors 3-4 juxtaposed to the main switching elements, sub-switching elements 5-6 consisting of the first and second transistors, etc., turned ON immediately before said elements 1-2 are turned ON, an inductance 7, a third capacitor 8, and diodes D1-D4 are provided. The charges of the capacitors 3-4 are transferred to the third capacitor 8 by utilizing resonance half-cycle current, thus positively inhibiting surge voltage. |
